First Baptist Church of WoosterPrayer MinistryEquipping People to Lead Yielded LivesCooperate Prayer Ministry Prayer is at the heart of all that we do at the First Baptist Church. The Cooperate Prayer Ministry of prayer is organized around the concept of God placing watchman on the wall of the city that is our church family. We call this organized Prayer Ministry “Warriors on the Wall” (W.O.T.W). It is set up with four walls of prayer with slots for someone to be praying over the ministries of our church and our church family in hour and half hour time periods, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred and sixty five days a year. There is a prayer guide provided to each participant and we conduct organized activities to ensure that this ministry is at the core of what we are doing as a church. Personal Prayer Ministry The Personal Prayer Ministry exists to use every opportunity to model and teach biblical prayer and its application in the Christian life. The Personal Prayer Ministry seeks to train, equip, and mobilize the members of the church for prayer. |
